Refund Policy

Digital goods are non-refundable

All purchases of virtual coins and in-game items on joyonline.cc are final. Because virtual items are delivered instantly upon successful payment, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the transaction has completed.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, refund a purchase in these cases:

• A technical failure on our side prevented delivery of coins despite payment being captured.
• Unauthorised use of your payment method (please contact us within 7 days of the charge).
• Duplicate charges for the same order.

To request a review, email [email protected] with your order ID and a description of the issue. We respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate purchase, before first contacting our support team, may result in permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all purchased coins.

PayPal buyer protection

If you pay via PayPal, PayPal's own buyer protection terms apply in addition to this policy.
