Young Media Limited provides access to Joy Online, a selection of casual HTML5 games, a virtual-coin economy used across the games, and related account features. The Service is free to use; in-game coins may be purchased optionally.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse.

4. Virtual coins

• Coins are a non-transferable, non-redeemable licence to access in-game features.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Purchases are final. See our Refund Policy.
• We may adjust coin prices, rewards, or the coin economy at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the Service
• Use bots, exploits or other automated means to accumulate coins or scores
• Attempt to charge-back legitimate purchases; doing so may result in account termination
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Young Media Limited's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
