Q1 transparency report: accounts, refunds, and anti-cheat
How many accounts we removed, how many refund requests we approved, and how we’re rebuilding the anti-cheat pipeline.
Our quarterly transparency report for January–March 2026.
Accounts: 12,408 new registrations, 182 removed for policy violations (bot-created or shared credentials), 24 closed on user request under our data-deletion policy.
Refunds: 71 requests received, 58 approved (including all 12 technical-failure cases). Average resolution time: 1.9 business days.
Anti-cheat: the input-timing anomaly detector now covers all three live games. False-positive rate is at 0.4% and we’re confident enough to have it soft-flag automatically. Every flag is manually reviewed before any user-facing action.
Next quarter we’re focused on the Word Wave open beta, the Season 3 Coin Cup, and reducing refund resolution time to under one business day.
